Introduction: Resolution 19-3122 provides for Supplemental Agreement No. I to the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for the right-of-way maintenance of S.R. 436 and U.S. Highway 17-92. Budget Impact: The FDOT — 17/92 ROW Maintenance account #001-0000-369.22-00 will be increased and Other Non -Operating Sources account #001-0000-389.90-00 will be decreased in the amount of $7,308 over the course of three years with a minimal impact in FY 2019. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution 19-3122. C. Resolution 19-3125 — Vacate Easement Rights at 1200 Seminola Boulevard "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE CLOSURE, VACATION, AND ABANDONMENT OF EASEMENT RIGHTS ON LAND WITH PARCEL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER 09-21-30-5BM-OA00-OOPI AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 8334, PAGE 611, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SEMINOLE COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 19-3125 is for the purpose of vacating drainage easement rights over property located at 1200 Seminola Boulevard. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Community Development Director recommended approval of Resolution 19-3125. D. Budget Amendment #19-047 — Reclassification of Funds for Public Works Department Complex Design Introduction: Budget Amendment #19-047 provides for reclassifying funds budgeted for design of the Public Works Department complex from General Fund, Stormwater Fund and Water and Sewer Fund to Capital Improvement Fund. Budget Impact: A detailed list of affected funds and accounts is included as part of Budget Amendment #19-047. BA # 19-047 Explanation of Request: This budget amendment seeks City Commission approval to reclassify the budget for Public Works Department complex design to Capital Improvement Fund (305).
