WHEREAS, the City Commission considered the ORC Report and the changes staff has made <br />to the Comprehensive Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission approves the EAR, and determines that amendments in its <br />Comprehensive Plan are necessary based on that; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission adopts Comprehensive Plan and the EAR -based <br />Amendments at a duly advertised public hearing on September 25, 2017. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. The City Commission does hereby amend the COMPREHENSIVE PLAN as set <br />forth in Exhibit "A". <br />SECTION II. CONFLICTS. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with any of <br />the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of the conflict. <br />SECTION III. SEVERABILITY. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Ordinance <br />proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the <br />validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Ordinance. <br />SECTION IV. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall go into effect pursuant to the state <br />land planning agency's notice of intent.
