The time for acceptance of any counter offer will be 3 days after the date the counter offer is <br />41 delivered. In the event insurance underwriting is suspended on Closing Date and Buyer is unable to obtain property <br />49 insurance, Buyer may postpone closing for up to 5 days after the insurance underwriting suspension is lifted.
