<br />SECTION 2. The City Commission further requires the applicant to meet the remaining
<br />conditions of approval provided by the Planning and Zoning Commission on June 12, 2019 and
<br />the City Commission on July 22, 2019, as stated below:
<br />1. The applicant shall submit an updated property information report and plat once the
<br />property is deeded to Red Bug Center, LLC;
<br />2. The applicant shall include a new tract and dedication to the City of Casselberry for a
<br />segment of sewer line including one manhole, on the plat; and
<br />3. The City surveyor, the City Engineer, the Community Development Director, the City
<br />Clerk, and the City Mayor shall execute the signature block prior to recording of the
<br />final plat.
<br />SECTION 3. Conflicts. All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict with any of
<br />the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed.
<br />SECTION 4. Severability. If any section or portion of a section of this Resolution
<br />proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the
<br />validity, force or effect of any other section or part of this Resolution.
