RESOLUTION 14-2583 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />DESIGNATING PARCEL ID 09-21-30-5BM-OA00-OOP1 LOCATED <br />IN SPORTSMAN'S PARADISE AS SURPLUS PROPERTY; <br />PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, via Resolution 08-1938, the City of Casselberry established a policy <br />that City -owned property must be declared as surplus property by the City Commission prior <br />to its sale; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry desires to declare Parcel ID 09-21-30-5BM- <br />OA00-001`I located in Sportsman's Paradise along Seminola Boulevard as "surplus" in order <br />to place this City -owned property for sale. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby designates <br />Parcel ID 09-21-30-5BM-OA00-OOP1, as shown on the attached "Exhibit A", as surplus <br />property. <br />SECTION 2. CONFLICTS. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict <br />with any of the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 3. SEVERABILITY. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, <br />phrase, word or portion of this Resolution is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional <br />by any court of competent jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and <br />independent provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portion <br />hereto. <br />SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Resolution shall become effective <br />immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED and ADOPTED this y day of r_ , A.D., 2014. <br />ATTEST: <br />Donna G.
