Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended the purchase of one (1) lift station pump from Xylem Water Solutions USA Inc. in the amount of $6,927.40. G. Award of SOQ-2019-0437 and Agreement with CPH Inc. for Design Services for the Lake Kathryn Circle Complete Street Improvements Project and Related Budget Amendment #19-044 Introduction: Award of SOQ-2019-0437 and an Agreement with CPH, Inc., together with related Budget Amendment #19-044, provides for professional design services for the Lake Kathryn Circle Complete Street Improvements Project PW 1805 in the initial amount not to exceed $334,286.00. Budget Impact: Sufficient funding for the sales tax portion of the design is already budgeted and available. Budget Amendment #19-044 will increase the Capital Improvement Fund Other Non -Operating Source account #403-0000-389.90-00 and the Capital Improvement Fund Distribution & Collection Infrastructure account #403-0751-536.63-40 by $100,617.30 to cover the utility design portion. BA #19-044 Explanation of Request: This item seeks City Commission approval to provide funding for the Utility Infrastructure Design for Lake Kathryn Complete Street Improvements Project with CPH, Inc. in the amount of $100,618. H. Allocation of the FYI 8 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (County - Wide) Award to the Seminole County Sheriff's Office Introduction: Allocation of the full grant award of $126,453 from the FY 2018 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (which includes the City of Casselberry's share of $18,065) to the Seminole County Sheriff's Office provides funding for their In -Progress Crime Unit (IPCU) initiative. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget.
