9. RESOLUTIONS <br />A. Resolution 19-3107 - Initial Assessment Resolution for Sausalito Assessment Area <br />Approval of the Resolution 19-3107, the Initial Assessment Resolution, providing for necessary processes to enact a <br />Special Assessment for the Sausalito Assessment Area in order to construct a replacement Sausalito Shores <br />Subdivision Wall is requested. <br />B. Resolution 19-3108 - Findings Regarding the Public Purpose of Financing the Design and <br />Construction of the Sausalito Shores Subdivision Wall <br />Approval to memorialize various findings regarding the Sausalito Shores Subdivision wall and the need for public <br />financing for the project is requested. <br />10. FIRST READING OF ORDINANCES <br />A. First Reading of Ordinance 19-1517 - Issuance of Taxable Sausalito Wall Special <br />Assessment Revenue Bond, Series 2019 <br />Approval authorizing the issuance of a not to exceed S 1,800,000 in Aggregate Principal Amount of Taxable Sausalito <br />Wall Special Assessment Revenue Bond, Series 2019 is requested. <br />B. First Reading of Ordinance 19-1518 - Amending the Official Zoning Designation for <br />Properties Located Near the Northwest Corner of E. Altamonte Drive and S. U.S. Highway <br />17-92 (ZB 19-05) <br />Approval to amend the Official Zoning designation from CG (Commercial General) to PMX-HIGH (Planned Mixed - <br />Use: High Rise) for approximately 6.89 acres located at the northwest corner of E. Altamonte Drive and S. U.S. <br />Highway 17-92 is requested. <br />11. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />The purpose of a Public Hearing is to receive input regarding the item being considered. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 19-1513 — Amending the Future Land Use <br />Designation for Property Located at the Southwest Corner of Live Oaks Boulevard and S. <br />U.S. Highway 17-92 (LPA 19-07) <br />Approval to amend the Future Land Use Map designation from High Intensity Non-Residential/Medium <br />Density Residential to Major Thoroughfare Mixed -Use for approximately 0.92 acres of a ±6.89 acre parent tract, <br />generally located at the southwest comer of Live Oaks Boulevard and South U.S. Highway 17-92, is requested. <br />B. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 19-1515 - City of Casselberry Restricted <br />Hunting Areas <br />Approval to amend Chapter 18 "Animals" of the City of Casselberry's Code of Ordinances, to add Section 18-4, <br />"Restricted Hunting Areas", provide procedures, and Amend Chapter 2 "Administration, Section 2-210 "Schedule of <br />Violations" is requested. <br />C. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 19-1516 - Repealing and Replacing City <br />Code Chapter 86, Utilities, Section 86-102, Oil and Grease Prevention Program with <br />Section 86-102, Oil and Grease Management Program <br />Approval to repeal and replace City Code Chapter 86, Utilities, Article II, Sewers, Division 4, Building Sewers and <br />Connections, Section 86-102 Oil and Grease Prevention Program with Section 86-102 Oil and Grease Management <br />Program is requested. <br />12.
