Resolution 19-3096 — Seminole County Sheriffs Office Subrecipient Agreement <br />for Grant Funding Related to the Central Florida High Intensity Drug Trafficking <br />Areas Program <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY AND THE SEMINOLE COUNTY SHERIFF'S <br />OFFICE TO RECEIVE GRANT FUNDING FOR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE <br />CENTRAL FLORIDA HIGH INTENSITY DRUG TRAFFICKING AREAS PROGRAM." <br />Introduction: Resolution 19-3096 provides for the approval of the Seminole County Sheriffs Office <br />Subrecipient Agreement to receive federal grant funding for continued participation in the Central Florida <br />High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas (HIDTA) Program. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Police Chief recommended approval of Resolution 19-3096. <br />C. Resolution 19-3097 — Sewer Lines Agreement with Greater Marketplace <br />Acquisition, LLC and Baer's Furniture Co. Inc. for the Sewer Lines at Casselberry <br />Marketplace and Related Bill of Sale <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, FOR A SEWER LINES AGREEMENT WITH GREATER MARKETPLACE <br />ACQUISITION, LLC AND BAER'S FURNITURE CO., INC. AND BILL OF SALE FOR THE <br />SEWER LINES AT CASSELBERRY MARKETPLACE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 19-3097 provides for the approval of a Sewer Lines Agreement with Greater <br />Marketplace Acquisition, LLC and Baer's Furniture Co., Inc. and Bill of Sale for the sewer lines at <br />Casselberry Marketplace. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. <br />
