9. RESOLUTIONS <br />A. Resolution 19-3100 - Amendment to Fiscal Year 2019-2023 Capital Improvement Program <br />An amendment to the Fiscal Year 2019-2023 Capital Improvement Program to replace $200,000 per year for "Various <br />Parks hmprovements" across Fiscal Years 2020 through 2023 with $200,000 each for four specific projects instead, <br />namely "Wheel Park" Phases 1 and 2, Dew Drop Park, and Sunnytown Park, is requested. <br />B. Resolution 19-3101 - Commercial Solid Waste Consolidation Study Findings <br />Approval to accept the Commercial Solid Waste Consolidation Study conducted by MSW Consultants is requested. <br />10. FIRST READING OF ORDINANCES <br />A. First Reading of Ordinance 19-1516 - Repealing and Replacing City Code Chapter 86, <br />Utilities, Section 86-102, Oil and Grease Prevention Program with Section 86-102, Oil and <br />Grease Management Program <br />Repeal and replacement of City Code Chapter 86, Utilities, Article II, Sewers, Division 4, Building Sewers and <br />Connections, Section 86-102 Oil and Grease Prevention Program with Section 86-102 Oil and Grease Management <br />Program is requested. <br />11. PUBLIC HEARINGS - None <br />The purpose of a Public Hearing is to receive input regarding the item being considered. Public Hearings are not intended to be a <br />time for the public to obtain information about the subject matter of the hearing. OTHER ITEMS <br />A. Change Order No. 1 to the Agreement with DB Civil Construction, LLC for the Seminola <br />Force Main Rehabilitation Project <br />Approval of Change Order No. 1 to the agreement with DB Civil Construction, LLC for additional work related to the <br />construction of the Seminola Force Main Rehabilitation Project in the amount of $138,702.20 is requested. (ITB -2018- <br />0364) <br />B. Reduction/Waiver of Lien Recommendation for Property Located at 214 Cannon Way <br />Approval of the Special Magistrate's recommendation for a Code Compliance reduction/waiver of lien for the property <br />located at 214 Cannon Way (Case No. 17-000485) in the total lien amount of $19,750 is requested. <br />13.
