Presentation - Distinguished Budget Presentation Award for Fiscal Year 2018-2019 The Distinguished Budget Presentation Award from the Government Finance Officers Association for Fiscal Year 2018-2019 will be presented to Carol Conroy, Finance Director. 7. Resolution 19-3098 - Street Lighting Assessment Preliminary Rate Resolution Approval of a Preliminary Rate Resolution for the implementation of the Street Lighting Assessment for Fiscal Year (FY) 2019-20 is requested.
