B. First Reading of Ordinance 19-1513 — Amending the Future Land Use Designation for <br />Property Located at the Southwest Corner of Live Oaks Boulevard and South U.S. <br />Highway 17-92 (LPA 19-07) <br />Approval to amend the Future Land Use Map designation from High Intensity Non-Residential/Medium Density <br />Residential to Major Thoroughfare Mixed -Use for approximately 0.92 acres of a ±6.62 acre parent tract, generally <br />located at the southwest comer of Live Oaks Boulevard and South U.S. Highway 17-92, is requested. <br />C. First Reading of Ordinance 19-1514 - Amending the Official Zoning Designation for <br />Property Generally Located at the Southeast Corner of Oxford Road and State Road 436 <br />(ZB 19-04) <br />Consideration to amend the Official Zoning Map from CG (Commercial General) to PMX-MID (Planned Mixed -Use: <br />Medium Rise) for approximately 2.18 acres generally located at the southeast comer of Oxford Road and State Road <br />(SR) 436 is requested. <br />D. First Reading of Ordinance 19-1515 - City of Casselberry Restricted Hunting Areas <br />Approval to amend Chapter 18 "Animals" of the City of Casselberry's Code of Ordinances, to add Section 18-4, <br />"Restricted Hunting Areas", provide procedures, and Amend Chapter 2 "Administration, Section 2-210 "Schedule of <br />Violations" is requested. <br />11. PUBLIC HEARINGS - None <br />The purpose of a Public Hearing is to receive input regarding the item being considered. Public Hearings are not intended to be a <br />time for the public to obtain information about the subject matter of the hearing. (Hearing Sequence: 1st - Staff; 2nd - <br />Applicant/Requesting Party; 3rd - Public; 4th - opportunity for brief rebuttals, if appropriate; Final - City Commission motion, <br />discussion and action.) <br />12. OTHER ITEMS <br />A. Lien Reduction Recommendation for Property Located at 1205 S. US Highway 17-92 <br />Approval of the Special Magistrate's recommendation to reduce a Code Compliance lien for the property located at <br />1205 S. Highway 17-92 (Case No. 18-000251) from the lien amount of $1,700 to $1,500 is requested. <br />B. Lien Reduction Request for Property Located at 243 Tallwood Drive <br />The property owner has requested a Code Compliance lien reduction for property located at 243 Tallwood Drive <br />(Case No. 18-001124) from the lien amount of $3,000 to the administrative cost of $200.06. <br />C. Sausalito Shores Subdivision Wall <br />City staff is seeking guidance from the City Commission regarding whether to pursue reconstruction of the Sausalito <br />Shores Subdivision Wall along Red Bug Lake Road and an associated construction loan and Special Assessment. <br />13. CITIZENS' COMMENTS <br />Persons who wish to make comment or make inquiry on any matter NOT ON THIS AGENDA may do so at this time. Please <br />raise your hand and when recognized by the Mayor, come forward to the microphone, give your name and address and speak <br />briefly on the matter.
