RESOLUTION 18-3066
<br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
<br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE
<br />REPLAT (SEMINOLA AT KARINA) FOR LOT 12, BLOCK A,
<br />SPORTSMAN'S PARADISE, 1200 SEMINOLA BOULEVARD;
<br />PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN
<br />EFFECTIVE DATE.
<br />WHEREAS, John A. Zacco submitted a replat (Seminola at Karina) for Lot 12, Block
<br />A, Sportsman's Paradise, parcel identification number 09-21-30-5BM-OA00-0120, located at
<br />1200 Seminola Blvd., Casselberry, Florida for final approval; and
<br />WHEREAS, the replat has been provided to, reviewed, and approved by City staff, the
<br />City Engineer, the City Attorney, and the contract surveyor for the City; and
<br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the
<br />replat on October 10, 2018 and provided a favorable recommendation to the City Commission
<br />that included conditions of approval; and
<br />WHEREAS, the City Commission reviewed the information provided by staff on
<br />November 19, 2018.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
<br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
<br />SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 4-19.11D of the Unified Land Development
<br />Regulations, the City Commission approves the final subdivision replat of Lot 12 Sportsman's
<br />Paradise (Seminola at Karina), as filed with the City on October 11, 2018, attached herein as
<br />Attachment A, for the following:
<br />Lot 12 and the Westerly 50' of Lot 13, Block A, SPORTSMAN'S PARADISE, according the plat
<br />thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8, Pages 12 & 13 of the Public Records of Seminole County,
<br />Florida. Less the Right -of -Way on the North. AND That certain Park lying in Block A of
<br />Sportsman's Paradise, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 8, Pages 12 and 13,
<br />of the Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, lying South of and adjacent to Lot 12 of said
<br />Block A and extending to the Northerly shore lines of Lake Emily, Lake Cecile and Lake
<br />Annette.
<br />Being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 12,
<br />Block A, SPORTSMAN'S PARADISE; thence South 09°05'21" West a distance of 18.17 feet
<br />along the West line of Lot 12, Block A to the Point of Beginning; thence South 80°55'07" East a
<br />distance of 149.84 feet along the South right of way of Seminola Boulevard; thence South
<br />09°05'21" West a distance of 296.05 feet to the South line of Lot 13, Block A, SPORTSMAN'S
<br />PARADISE; thence North 84°55'04" West a distance of 50.12 feet to the Southwest corner of
<br />Lot 13, Block A, SPORTSMAN'S PARADISE; thence South 09°05'22" West a distance of 204.7
