Mr. Butler said there is an unaudited beginning balance of $315,591 and actual revenue <br />to date of $1,112,109. Ms. Butler said there are actual expenditures and encumbrances to date of $100,681 and the <br />CRA has a committed budget balance of $1,204,160. She said staff anticipates an ending fund balance for <br />December 31, 2018 of $272,963. <br />Mr. Aramendia asked for a motion for the approval of the Finance Report. Mr. Busch made a motion to <br />approve the Finance Report as presented. Mr. Hufford seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by <br />voice vote. <br />Ms. Glancy arrived at the meeting at 3:13 p.m. <br />Fourth Item of Business: 120 Quail Pond Use Request <br />Ms. Linda Moore, Recreation Manager, reviewed staffs memo dated January 28, 2019 to the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency. Ms. Moore requested the Community Redevelopment Agency approve the assignment of <br />120 Quail Pond Circle to the City of Casselberry Recreation Division for use in its art program. She said that the <br />property is currently vacant and the City is proposing to convert it to flexible workshop/meeting space similar to the <br />Art House. She said the space would be for three-dimensional art and would serve as an "arts incubator". <br />Ms. Moore said that the Recreation Division would take the responsibility for carrying the costs of the <br />property. She said the interior renovations would be kept to a minimum until funding could be sought through <br />donations or partnerships with outside organizations. Ms. Moore said that the interior space would be divided into <br />one (1) large main area for meetings and three (3) smaller studios spaces that would be available for rent. <br />In response to the Board's question regarding ADA compliance, Ms. Moore said there are meetings <br />scheduled this week to get cost estimates for the improvements and to work with the Building Official to meet ADA <br />requirements. In response to the Board's question, Ms. Moore said the property would generate income. <br />Ms. Glancy asked for a motion for the 120 Quail Pond Use Request. Mr. Aramendia made a motion to <br />approve the assignment of 120 Quail Pond Use Request for the Sculpture House as presented. Mr. Hufford <br />seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />
