• No building permit, City Code Section 1-4.3 <br />Zoning district: RMH-8 <br />Notification date: November 26, 2018 <br />Correction date requested: December 5, 2018- Non -Compliant <br />Hearing Notice date: January 17, 2019 <br />Correction date requested: February 13, 2019- Non -Compliant <br />Mark Campbell, Code Compliance Supervisor advised that the property was found to be non-compliant on <br />February 13, 2019. The City requests a correction date of March 14, 2019. If no compliance by March 14, 2019, <br />then a fine of $100.00 per day should then be imposed for each day of non-compliance thereafter. The City <br />requests a subsequent hearing date of March 14, 2019 to determine compliance. <br />Fred Eastwood, Code Compliance officer gave testimony. <br />The Special Magistrate asked if the property owner or representative was in the audience. There was no one <br />present. <br />Finding of fact: The Special Magistrate made a finding in CE -18-003306, 1151 Landmark Ln. The alleged <br />violation was for No building permit, City Code Section 1-4.3. Based on testimony, photographs and evidence, <br />the property was found to be in violation of the code previously listed. It was ordered that the property come into <br />compliance by 1 pm March 14, 2019, if the respondent does not correct the violation by that time and date a fine <br />of $100.00 per day for each day the violation continues shall be imposed. Another hearing will be held on March <br />14, 2019, the sole issue would be to determine if the property has come into compliance. <br />SUBSEQUENT CASE SUSPECTION OF FINE REQUEST -CONTINUANCE REQUEST <br />CE -18-001556 800 S 436 SR <br />• Permanent accessory structure, 2-7.9(A.7.B <br />Mark Campbell Code Compliance Supervisor advised that the above case was given until February 6, 2019 to <br />come into compliance or a $100.00 per day fine would be imposed. The business now needs more time, the City <br />is requesting a suspension of the fine and additional time to April 11, 2019 for compliance to be achieved. Dean <br />Fathelbab in the planning department has been working with the business to achieve compliance. <br />The Special Magistrate asked if the property owner or representative was in the audience. There was no one <br />present. <br />Finding of fact: The Special Magistrate made a finding to grant the continuance for this case without objection to <br />the April 11, 2019 hearing date. <br />CE -18-002777 1500 Park Dr <br />• Roof maintenance, ULDR Section 3-10.3.a.4 <br />Mark Campbell Code Compliance Supervisor advised that the above case was given until February 9, 2019 to <br />come into compliance or a $50.00 per day fine would be imposed. The homeowner now needs more time; the <br />City is requesting a suspension of the fine and additional time to April 11, 2019 for compliance to be achieved. <br />The property owner emailed the Code Compliance Supervisor to ask for more time. <br />7 1 P a g e <br />
