Mayor's Proclamation: Bike Casselberry Day - May 4, 2019 Mayor Glancy will present a proclamation recognizing May 4, 2019 as "Bike Casselberry Day" to Mark D. Gisclar, Public Works Director. 7. CONSENT AGENDA The action proposed to be taken it stated for each item on the Consent Agenda. Unless one item is removed from the Consent Agenda by a City Commission member, no discussion on individual items will occur and a single motion will approve all items. A. Resolution 19-3090 - Amendment #3 to the Agreement with the United States Department of Agriculture - Natural Resources Conservation Service for Gee Creek and Howell Creek Erosion Control and Related Budget Amendment #19-035 Approval to execute Amendment #3 to the Agreement with the United States Department of Agriculture - Natural Resources Conservation Service for Gee Creek and Howell Creek Erosion Control for additional federal funding in the amount of $83,002.48 and related Budget Amendment #19-035 is requested. B. Resolution 19-3091 - FY19 Second Quarter Budget Amendments and Budget Transfers Approval to formally adopt budget amendments and budget transfers approved during the second quarter of FY 2019 is requested. C. Resolution 19-3092 - Memorandum of Understanding with Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission Approval and execution of a Memorandum of Understanding with the Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission is requested.
