Procurement Approvals Information Report for the Period February 1 2019 <br />through February 28, 2019 <br />Mr. Newlon advised that the Procurement Approvals Information Report for the month of February 2019 <br />was included in the Commissioners' agenda packets for review. He noted that the report contained <br />information about minor contracts that were issued under delegated authority of staff during this period. <br />• Thanked Public Works staff for their hard work on the wastewater pre-treatment ordinance <br />presented on first reading. <br />• Commended Finance Department staff for their hard work throughout the year resulting in an <br />audit outcome with no issues or blemishes, and also thanked all City staff who followed the <br />City's policies and procedures which allowed for this positive outcome. <br />15. CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />No report. <br />16. CITY CLERK'S REPORT <br />• Provided reminders for the following upcoming public meetings: <br />o City Commission/Planning & Zoning Commission Joint Workshop, Wednesday, <br />March 27, 2019 at 6:00 p.m., Police Department Multi -Purpose Room <br />o City Commission/Parks & Recreation Advisory Board Joint Workshop, Monday, April <br />1, 2019, 6:30 p.m., Police Department Multi -Purpose Room <br />17. CITY COMMISSIONERS' REPORTS/COMMENTS <br />Commissioner Andrew Meadows — Seat No. 2 <br />• Commended staff for the work that had been put in on tonight's agenda items and on their <br />continued efforts to update the City's Codes, as needed. <br />Commissioner Mark Busch - Seat No. 3: <br />• Added to Commissioner Meadows' commendation of staff for the work they did on all of <br />tonight's agenda items, including the annual financial report. <br />• Urged residents to use caution regarding people traveling through the neighborhoods and <br />approaching homes requesting information, noting that there would be Census personnel in the <br />area in 2020 who would be legitimately requesting personal information; however, he wanted <br />
