Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 19-1508 - Amending the Official Zoning <br />Designation for the Property Located at 2610 S. US Highway 17-92 (ZB 19-03) <br />Approval to amend the Official Zoning Map from CG (Commercial General) to PMX-MID (Planned Mixed -Use: <br />Medium Rise) for the property located at 2610 S. U.S. Highway 17-92 is requested. <br />B. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 19-1509 - Amending and Restating the City <br />of Casselberry Police Officers' and Firefighters' Pension Plan <br />Approval to amend and restate the City of Casselberry's Police Officers' and Firefighters' Pension Plan with <br />Ordinance 19-1509 on second reading is requested. <br />C. Public Hearing: First Reading of Ordinance 19-1511 - Oxford Park Overlay District <br />Standards <br />Approval to create Section 2-7.34, the Oxford Park Overlay District Standards, amend Section 2-4.3, the Official <br />Zoning Map to establish the Overlay District, and amend Section 5-21.2, Definition of Terms to define terms as they <br />relate to the new district is requested. <br />12.
