Resolution 19-3088 - Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for Fiscal Year 2018 Resolution 19-3088 provides for the acceptance of the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2018. B. Resolution 19-3089 - City of Casselberry Participation in the Best Foot Forward for Pedestrian Safety Program Approval to provide confirmation of the City of Casselberry's participation in the Best Foot Forward for Pedestrian Safety program is requested. 10. FIRST READING OF ORDINANCES A. First Reading of Ordinance 19-1510 - Amending Chapter 86, Utilities, Article I, In General and Article II, Sewers of City Code of Ordinances Approval to amend Chapter 86 (Utilities) of the City Code of Ordinances to update the City's Industrial Wastewater Pretreatment Program in accordance with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection requirements is requested. 11. PUBLIC HEARINGS - None The purpose of a Public Hearing is to receive input regarding the item being considered. Public Hearings are not intended to be a time for the public to obtain information about the subject matter of the hearing. (Hearing Sequence: 1st - Staff, 2nd - Applicant/Requesting Party; 3rd - Public; 4th - opportunity for brief rebuttals, if appropriate; Final - City Commission motion, discussion and action.) 12. OTHER ITEMS A. Approval of 2018-2019 Neighborhood Improvement Grant Applications Consideration of applications recommended to receive a grant award under the Casselberry Neighborhood Improvement Grant Program for Fiscal Year 2018-2019 is requested. 13.
