Mayor's Proclamation - Water Conservation Month - April 2019 Mayor Glancy will present a proclamation recognizing April as Water Conservation Month to Mark D. Gisclar, Public Works Director. 7. CONSENT AGENDA The action proposed to be taken it stated for each item on the Consent Agenda. Unless one item is removed from the Consent Agenda by a City Commission member, no discussion on individual items will occur and a single motion will approve all items. A. Resolution 19-3085 - Water/Wastewater Mutual Aid Agreement Approval of a Mutual Aid Agreement under the program entitled Florida Water/Wastewater Agency Response Network (FlaWARN) to receive and/or provide emergency assistance, when necessary, to other participating water/wastewater utilities during a natural or man-made disaster is requested. B. Resolution 19-3086 - Petition to Vacate the Seminola at Karina Replat Approval to vacate the Seminola at Karina Replat, as recorded in Plat Book 83, Page 100, Seminole County, is requested.
