ORDINANCE 19-1507 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />AV[ENDING THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP <br />AS ESTABLISHED IN CHAPTER II, ARTICLE IV, SECTION 2-4.3, <br />UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; <br />ESTABLISHING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY RMF -13 (MEDIUM DENSITY MULTI -FAMILY) FROM <br />THE SEMINOLE COUNTY ZONING OF A-1 (AGRICULTURE) FOR AN <br />ANNEXED APPROXIMATELY 1 -ACRE PARCEL LOCATED AT 547 <br />LAKE HOWELL ROAD, AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF THIS <br />ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND <br />AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the subject property described in Section I was recently annexed into the <br />City of Casselberry corporate boundaries by Ordinance 18-1500; and <br />WHEREAS, the subject property described in Section I has a Seminole County zoning <br />of A-1 (Agriculture); and <br />WHEREAS, the subject property described in Section I needs a City of Casselberry <br />zoning designation; and <br />WHEREAS, the subject property described in Section I should have a zoning <br />designation consistent with the Future Land Use of Medium Density Residential; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency has held a <br />public hearing with due public notice to consider this Official Zoning Map amendment; and <br />WHEREAS, the property hereinafter described is designated Medium Density <br />Residential on the Future Land Use Map (FLUM) of the Comprehensive Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the RMF -13 zoning district is consistent with the Medium Density <br />Residential Future Land Use designation; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing considering the inclusion of the subject property, <br />hereinafter described, within the RMF -13 zoning district has been duly held in the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida, and, at such hearing, interested parties and citizens were heard; and <br />WHEREAS, after said public hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, <br />Florida, determined that the zoning classification of said property shall be RMF -13, as that <br />district is defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of the <br />Unified Land Development Regulations, Code of Ortiinnannces of the City of Casselbe7-iy, Florida. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. That the Official Zoning Map established in Chapter- II, Article IV, Section <br />2-4.3. of the Unified Land Development Regulations of`the Code of Ordinances of the City of <br />
