ORDINANCE 19-1504 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />AMENDING THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP <br />AS ESTABLISHED IN CHAPTER II, ARTICLE IV, SECTION 2-4.3, <br />UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; <br />ESTABLISHING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY OR (OFFICE/RESIDENTIAL) FROM THE SEMINOLE <br />COUNTY ZONING OF RP (RESIDENTIAL/PROFESSIONAL) FOR THE <br />NEWLY ANNEXED APPROXIMATELY 0.43 ACRE PARCEL LOCATED <br />ON LAKE HOWELL ROAD, AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF THIS <br />ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND <br />AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the property described in Section I was recently annexed into the City of <br />Casselberry corporate boundaries by Ordinance 18-1498; and <br />WHEREAS, the annexed property described in Section I has a Seminole County zoning <br />of RP (Residential/Professional); and <br />WHEREAS, the annexed property described in Section I needs a City of Casselberry <br />zoning designation; and <br />WHEREAS, the property described in Section I should have a zoning designation <br />consistent with the Future Land Use of Commercial; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency has held a <br />public hearing with due public notice to consider this Official Zoning Map amendment; and <br />WHEREAS, the property hereinafter described is designated Commercial on the Future <br />Land Use Map of the Comprehensive Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the OR zoning district is consistent with the Commercial Future Land Use <br />designation; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing considering the inclusion of the subject property, <br />hereinafter described, within the OR zoning district has been duly held in the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida, and, at such hearing, interested parties and citizens were heard; and <br />WHEREAS, after said public hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, <br />Florida, determined that the zoning classification of said property shall be OR, as that district is <br />defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified Land <br />Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. That the Official Zoning Map established in Chapter II, Article IV, Section <br />2-4.3. of the Unified Land Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of <br />
