SECTION I. That Chapter 66, Section 66-29 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida, as amended and supplemented, said Chapter adopting the Comprehensive <br />Plan of the City of Casselberry, Florida, regulating and restricting the use of lands within the City <br />of Casselberry, Florida, be, and the same is, hereby amended to designate the subject property as <br />Commercial, for the parcel of land specifically described as follows, and shown in Attachment A: <br />Tax ID Number <br />Address <br />Legal Description <br />SEC 28 TWP 21 S RGE 30E <br />28-21-30-300-0400-0000 <br />Address AddVacant <br />No (Vacant) <br />W 225 FT OF S 1/4 OF NE 1/4 <br />on Lake Howell Road <br />OF SW 1/4 LESS S 95 FT & N <br />140 FT & RD) <br />SECTION II. CONFLICTS. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with any <br />of the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION III. SEVERABILITY. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Ordinance <br />proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the <br />validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Ordinance. <br />SECTION IV. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance shall become effective thirty-one <br />(3 1) days after adoption.
