ORDINANCE 19-1502 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />AMENDING THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP <br />AS ESTABLISHED IN CHAPTER II, ARTICLE IV, SECTION 2-4.3, <br />UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; <br />AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FROM CG <br />(COMMERCIAL GENERAL) TO CL (COMMERCIAL LIMITED) FOR <br />THE APPROXIMATELY 1.75 ACRE PARCEL LOCATED ON <br />CONCORD DRIVE, CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS DESCRIBED IN <br />SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the property described in Section I is within the corporate boundaries of the <br />City of Casselberry; and <br />WHEREAS, the property should have a zoning designation consistent with the Future <br />Land Use of Commercial; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency has held a <br />public hearing with due public notice to consider this Official Zoning Map amendment; and <br />WHEREAS, the property hereinafter described is designated Commercial on the Future <br />Land Use Map of the Comprehensive Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the CL zoning district is consistent with the Commercial Future Land Use <br />designation; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing considering the inclusion of the subject property, <br />hereinafter described, within the CL zoning district has been duly held in the City of Casselberry, <br />Florida, and, at such hearing, interested parties and citizens were heard; and <br />WHEREAS, after said public hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, <br />Florida, determined that the zoning classification of said property shall be CL, as that district is <br />defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter I1, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified Land <br />Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. That the Official Zoning Map established in Chapter II, Article IV, Section <br />2-4.3. of the Unified Land Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida, as amended and supplemented, be, and the same is, hereby amended to <br />designate the subject property as CL (Commercial Limited), for the parcel of land specifically <br />described as follows, and shown in Attachment A: <br />
