Amended Resolution 19-3074 — Revising Exhibit A Schedule 22 of the SunTrust Master Lease Purchase Agreement for FY 2019 Capital Lease/Purchases "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF MASTER LEASE/PURCHASE AGREEMENT NO. 10482 WITH SUNTRUST EQUIPMENT FINANCE & LEASING CORPORATION, EQUIPMENT SCHEDULE NO. 22, AND ESCROW AGREEMENTS; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Approval of Amended Resolution 19-3074 revising Exhibit A to Schedule 22 of the SunTrust Master Lease/Purchase Agreement No. 10482 outlining the equipment to be purchased under the agreement and authorizing the Mayor to execute and deliver any and all papers, instruments, opinions, certificates, affidavits and other documents and to do or cause to be done any and all other acts and things necessary or proper for carrying out this resolution and the Lease and Escrow Agreement for Schedule 22 with SunTrust Equipment Finance & Leasing Corporation is requested. Budget Impact: The lease agreement was approved in the amount of $459,781.42 and this amount is reflected in the FY2019 Budget. This amount was put into escrow on behalf of the City's agreement and is available should the City decide to use it for an additional capital purchase. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Finance Director recommended approval of Amended Resolution 19-3074. C. Resolution 19-3077 — Waste Pro of Florida Residential Solid Waste Rate Adjustment "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE APPROVAL OF A RATE ADJUSTMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PIGGYBACK AGREEMENT FOR RESIDENTIAL SOLID WASTE COLLECTION WITH WASTE PRO OF FLORIDA, INC.; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Approval of Resolution 19-3077 which approves a rate adjustment payable to Waste Pro for residential solid waste collection, increasing the base rate per home per month from $13.57 to $14.11 for regular and special collection services and from $27.14 to $28.22 for side -door collection services, based on labor, equipment, and the fuel inflation data provided by Seminole County based on the 2018 Consumer Price Index effective January 1, 2019 to June 30, 2019 is requested. Budget Impact: Sufficient funding in the amount of $25,654.32 is available in the FY 2019 Solid Waste Fund Other Contractual Services account #118-0730-534.34-00. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution 19-3077.
