RESOLUTION 19-3082 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 535 QUEENS MIRROR CIRCLE; <br />PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the property located at 535 Queens Mirror Circle, Casselberry, Florida, <br />being more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, is available for purchase at a <br />mortgage foreclosure sale; and <br />WHEREAS, a purchase of the property would be for a proper public purpose for park <br />land; and <br />WHEREAS, due to the property being offered at a foreclosure sale, the Commission <br />waives the requirement of an appraisal since the bid will most likely be below the value of the <br />property, and it is not possible to obtain an appraisal before the time of the sale. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby authorizes the <br />City Manager, Mr. James R. Newlon, to bid on the Property up to $250,000.00. <br />SECTION II. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby authorizes the <br />City Manager to pay the full amount of the bid after notification that the City is the successful <br />bidder. <br />SECTION III. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of <br />the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION IV. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution <br />proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the <br />validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution. <br />SECTION V.
