This recommendation is based upon the plat <br />dated September 26, 2018, the findings of fact and conclusions of this staff report dated October 10, 2018, and <br />the following conditions: <br />1. The City Surveyor shall execute the signature block prior to recording of the replat. <br />2. The Declaration of Access Easement shall be recorded with Seminole County upon final review and <br />approval of the City Attorney and prior to recording the replat. The Declaration of Access Easement <br />recording information must be noted on the replat. <br />3.
