CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />The City of Casselberry Community Redevelopment Agency held a meeting on Monday, September 24, 2018, at <br />4:30 p.m. in the Casselberry City Hall, Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. <br />Members present: <br />Charlene Glancy, Chairman <br />Andrew Meadows, Vice -Chairman <br />Sandra Solomon <br />Bill Hufford <br />Members absent: <br />Anthony Aramendia <br />Staff members present: <br />Randy Newlon, City Manager <br />Chris Bowley, Community Development Director <br />Mark Gisclar, Public Works Director <br />Teri Butler, Interim Finance Director <br />Emily Hanna, Development Services Manager <br />Dean Fathelbab, Planner II <br />Joni Dixon, Secretary <br />First Item of Business: Call to Order/Roll Call. <br />Ms. Glancy called the meeting to order at 4:33 p.m. Roll was called; a quorum was present. <br />Second Item of Business: Approval of Minutes — June 25, 2018 <br />Ms. Glancy asked for a motion on the approval of the minutes for the public meeting held on June 25, 2018. Mr. <br />Hufford made a motion to approve the June 25, 2018 minutes as presented. Ms. Solomon seconded the motion. The <br />motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Third Item of Business: Ratification of Invoices/Finance Report. <br />Ms. Teri Butler, Interim Finance Director, reviewed the July through August 2018 invoices and the August 31, 2018 <br />Finance Report (a copy of the Finance Report is attached and made a part of the minutes). Ms. Glancy asked for a motion <br />for approval of the Finance Report. Ms. Solomon made a motion to approve the Finance Report as presented. Mr. Hufford <br />seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Fourth Item of Business: Update on Brownfield — Shell and Police Department sites. <br />Mr. Chris Bowley, Community Development Director, explained there are two Brownfield sites located within the <br />Community Redevelopment District. Mr. Bowley explained that Florida Department of Environmental Protection requires <br />
