Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 19-1503 — Amending the Future Land Use <br />Designation for the Property Located on Lake Howell Road (LPA 18-14) <br />Approval to amend the Future Land Use Map designation from Seminole County Commercial to City of Casselberry <br />Commercial for the recently annexed property located on Lake Howell Road, with parcel identification number 28- <br />21-30-300-0400-0000 is requested. <br />C. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 19-1504 - Amending the Official Zoning <br />Designation for the Property Located on Lake Howell Road <br />(ZB 18-07) <br />Approval to amend the Official Zoning Map from Seminole County RP (Residential/Professional) to City of <br />Casselberry OR (Office/Residential) for the recently annexed property located on Lake Howell Road, with parcel <br />identification number 28-21-30-300-0400-0000 is requested. <br />D. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 19-1505 - Amending Various ULDR <br />Sections Relating to Multifamily Residential Developments and Scrivener's Errors <br />Approval to repeal and replace Section 2-5.4, Table 2-5.4, Size and Dimension Regulations, amend Section 3-15.2, <br />Parking Spaces Required by Use and Section 3-10.12, Design Criteria for buildings in excess of 35 feet in height, to <br />amend these sections to align with market trends as it relates to multifamily residential developments, and to correct <br />Scrivener's errors found in Table 2-5.4 is requested. <br />12.
