Municipal Advisory Committee (Metroplan) Report Mayor Glancy reported she had attended the meeting on Thursday, December 61" but had nothing specific to report other than there would be an upcoming Volunteer Holiday Reception on December 1411' that she would be unable to attend but was hopeful someone else from the City could attend in her place. She also reported that Commissioner McMullen from the Town of Oakland had shared that their town had just broken ground on an arts and cultural center, and as she had had many conversations with him in the past about the City of Casselberry's Art House and arts programs she thought now would be a good time for the City to reach out and invite him to tour the Art House and possibly speak with Linda Moore about the City's arts programs. She asked Mr. Newlon to see if he could coordinate that on behalf of the City. C. Council of Local Governments in Seminole County (CALNO) Report No report. D. Leadership Seminole Board Report Mayor Glancy had no report; however, Commissioner Hufford gave an update on the most recent class he had attended which was on the topic of education in Seminole County. He shared come information about the various programs provided in the Seminole County school system, stating lie was very impressed with all the resources that were available to the County's students beginning at birth through graduation and with the community partnerships that helped to make these programs available.
