CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />PARKS & RECREATION ADVISORY BOARD <br />The City of Casselberry Parks & Recreation Advisory Board held a regular meeting on Tuesday, October 2, 2018 <br />at 6:30 p.m. in the City of Casselberry Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. <br />1. Call to Order <br />Chairman Melissa Holmes called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br />2. Pledge of Allegiance <br />Chairman Melissa Holmes led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />3. Roll Call <br />Board Members Present: <br />Melissa Holmes, Chairman <br />Courtney Icenhower, Vice Chairman <br />Katy Farmer <br />Dana Callan <br />Kinsey Lallathin <br />Board Members Absent: LeAnn Nash (Alternate) <br />Staff Members Present: <br />Linda Moore, Recreation Manager <br />Joanne Duncan, Recording Secretary <br />Dr. Kelly Brock, Deputy PW Director/City Engineer <br />Randy Newlon, City Manager <br />4. Approval of Minutes — September 11, 2018 <br />Member Lallathin requests that the minutes from September 11, 2018 be amended to include her <br />comment regarding the liability of the City in reference to the "Wheel Park" Grant. Member <br />Icenhower made a motion that the minutes be amended and approved and Member Farmer <br />seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously 5-0. <br />S. Items for Discussion: <br />City Manager, Randy Newlon, discussed the Parks, Recreation, Pathways, and Open Spaces Master Plan <br />updates regarding future development, cost estimates and strategies for funding the Master Plan <br />projects. <br />
