11. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />The purpose of a Public Hearing is to receive input regarding the item being considered. Public Hearings are not intended to be a <br />time for the public to obtain information about the subject matter of the hearing. (Hearing Sequence: 1st Staff, 2nd <br />Applicant/Requesting Party; 3rd Public; 4th opportunity for brief rebuttals, if appropriate; Final City Commission motion, <br />discussion and action.) <br />A. Public Hearing: First Reading of Ordinance 19-1505 - Amending Various ULDR Sections <br />Relating to Multi Family Residential Developments and Scrivener Errors <br />Approval to repeal and replace Section 2-5.4, Table 2-5.4, Size and Dimension Regulations, to amend Section 3-15.2, <br />Parking Spaces Required by Use and Section 3-10.12, Design criteria for buildings in excess of 35 feet in height, to <br />amend these sections to align with market trends as it relates to multi -family residential developments, and to correct <br />several scrivener errors found in Table 2-5.4, is requested. <br />12. OTHER ITEMS <br />A. Oxford Park Overlay District Design Standards Discussion <br />City Commission review of and recommendations for the proposed Oxford Park Overlay District Standards are <br />requested. <br />13.
