Resolution 18-3069 — Assignment of Drainage Easement for Howell Creels from <br />Seminole County to the City of Casselberry <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN ASSIGNMENT OF <br />DRAINAGE EASEMENT WITH SEMINOLE COUNTY FOR HOWELL CREEK; PROVIDING <br />FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 18-3069 approves the Assignment of Drainage Easement with Seminole County <br />associated with the proposed Gee Creek and Howell Creek Erosion Control project, and authorizes the <br />Mayor to execute said Assignment on behalf of the City. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of <br />Resolution 18-3069. <br />F. Resolution 18-3070 — Authorizing the City Manager to Execute Amendments for <br />No -cost Time Extensions to the Agreement with the United States Department of <br />Agriculture — Natural Resources Conservation Service for Gee Creek and Howell <br />Creek Erosion Control <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE <br />AMENDMENTS FOR TIME EXTENSIONS TO THE COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH <br />THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE NATURAL RESOURCES <br />CONSERVATION SERVICE FOR GEE CREEK EROSION CONTROL; PROVIDING FOR <br />CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 18-3070 approves and authorizes the City Manager to execute Amendments for <br />no -cost time extensions to the Cooperative Agreement with the United States Department of Agriculture <br />Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), as needed, for Gee Creek and Howell Creek erosion <br />control on behalf of the City. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of <br />Resolution 18-3070. <br />
