CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of November 19, 2018 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 3 of 19 <br />Discussion: The following invoice has been reviewed by the affected departments and is being presented <br />for approval: <br />Garganese, Weiss, D'Agresta & Salzman, P.A. <br />City Attorney Services <br />• October 2018 Invoice No. 77452 $ 31,003.59 <br />Budget Impact: Funds for the City Attorney's invoice are available in FY 2018 Budget Account No. 001- <br />0410-514.31-01. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and staff recommended approval of the legal services invoice as <br />submitted. <br />B. Resolution 18-3066 — Seminola at Karina Final Plat (SP 18-01) <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, APPROVING THE REPLAT (SEMINOLA AT KARINA) FOR LOT 12, BLOCK A, <br />SPORTSMAN'S PARADISE, 1200 SEMINOLA BOULEVARD; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 18-3066 approves the final subdivision replat of Lot 12 Sportsman's Paradise <br />(Seminola at Karina), parcel ID #09-21-30-5BM-OA00-0120, as filed with the City on October 11, 2018 <br />subject to the conditions of approval provided by the Planning and Zoning Commission on October 10, <br />2018 and the City Commission on November 19, 2018, as stated below: <br />1. The City surveyor shall execute the signature block prior to recording of the final plat; <br />2. After City Commission approval, the applicant shall provide one (1) Mylar copy of the plat <br />executed by the owner and surveyor and any other information requested, as part of compliance <br />to F.S. Chapter 177, to be recorded by the City; <br />3. A Declaration of Access Easement shall be recorded with Seminole County upon final review <br />and approval of the City Attorney and prior to recording the replat. The Declaration of Access <br />Easement recording information must be noted on the replat; <br />4. Prior to the recording of the Declaration of Access Easement, once approved by the City <br />Attorney, and before the replat is recorded, the applicant shall first rescind a previous <br />declaration, which was recorded in error. <br />5. If a Joinder and Consent agreement is needed it shall be signed and recorded at the time the <br />plat is recorded; and <br />6. Per F.S. Chapter 177, the applicant is responsible for City surveyor and City Attorney fees, as <br />well as Seminole County recording fees. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Community Development Director recommended approval <br />of Resolution 18-3066. <br />
