City Attorney Services • October 2018 Invoice No. 77452 $ 31,003.59 Budget Impact: Funds for the City Attorney's invoice are available in FY 2018 Budget Account No. 001- 0410-514.31-01. Recommendation: The City Manager and staff recommended approval of the legal services invoice as submitted. B. Resolution 18-3066 — Seminola at Karina Final Plat (SP 18-01) "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE REPLAT (SEMINOLA AT KARINA) FOR LOT 12, BLOCK A, SPORTSMAN'S PARADISE, 1200 SEMINOLA BOULEVARD; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 18-3066 approves the final subdivision replat of Lot 12 Sportsman's Paradise (Seminola at Karina), parcel ID #09-21-30-5BM-OA00-0120, as filed with the City on October 11, 2018 subject to the conditions of approval provided by the Planning and Zoning Commission on October 10, 2018 and the City Commission on November 19, 2018, as stated below: 1. The City surveyor shall execute the signature block prior to recording of the final plat; 2. After City Commission approval, the applicant shall provide one (1) Mylar copy of the plat executed by the owner and surveyor and any other information requested, as part of compliance to F.S. Chapter 177, to be recorded by the City; 3. A Declaration of Access Easement shall be recorded with Seminole County upon final review and approval of the City Attorney and prior to recording the replat. The Declaration of Access Easement recording information must be noted on the replat; 4. Prior to the recording of the Declaration of Access Easement, once approved by the City Attorney, and before the replat is recorded, the applicant shall first rescind a previous declaration, which was recorded in error. 5. If a Joinder and Consent agreement is needed it shall be signed and recorded at the time the plat is recorded; and 6. Per F.S. Chapter 177, the applicant is responsible for City surveyor and City Attorney fees, as well as Seminole County recording fees. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Community Development Director recommended approval of Resolution 18-3066.
