B. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 18-1501 - Annual Update of the Capital Improvements Element Approval to adopt the Five Year Capital Improvement Schedule (2019-2023) into the Capital Improvements Element of the City's Comprehensive Plan is requested.
