ORDINANCE NO. 99-964 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />AMENDING CHAPTER TWO, ARTICLE IV, TABLE 2-4.2 OF THE UNIFIED <br />LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA TO CREATE RMF -20 ZONING WITHIN THE HIGH DENSITY <br />RESIDENTIAL FUTURE LAND USE MAP DESIGNATION AND TO ALLOW <br />PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT WITHIN THE HIGH DENSITY <br />RESIDENTIAL FUTURE LAND USE MAP DESIGNATION; AMENDING <br />CHAPTER TWO, ARTICLE IV, SECTION 2-5.2.A.2 OF THE UNIFIED LAND <br />DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA TO MODIFY THE PURPOSE AND INTENT OF PLANNED <br />RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT ZONING; ADDING CHAPTER TWO, <br />ARTICLE IV, SECTION 2-5.2.A.2 OF THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT <br />REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA TO ADD THE <br />PURPOSE AND INTENT OF HIGH DENSITY MULTI -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL <br />ZONING DISTRICT (RMF -20); AMENDING CHAPTER TWO, ARTICLE V, <br />TABLE 2-5.3 AND THE FOOTNOTES THEREOF TO INCLUDE RMF -20; <br />AMENDING CHAPTER TWO, ARTICLE V, TABLE 2-5.4, AND THE <br />FOOTNOTES THEREOF TO INCLUDE APPROPRIATE DIMENSIONAL <br />CRTIERIA FOR RMF -20 AND TO AMEND ALLOWABLE DENSITY IN THE <br />PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT; ADDING CHAPTER <br />FOUR, ARTICLE TWENTY, SECTION 4-20.2.F.4 OF THE UNIFIED LAND <br />DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA TO INCLUDE REQUIREMENTS FOR IMPROVEMENTS AND <br />DESIGN AMENITIES FOR HIGH DENSITY PLANNED RESIDENTIAL <br />DEVELOPMENTS; ADDING CHAPTER FOUR, ARTICLE TWENTY, <br />SECTION 4-20.4.B.4 OF THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT <br />REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA TO PROVIDE <br />FOR A SYSTEM OF DENSITY BONSUSES FOR HIGH DENSITY PLANNED <br />RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENTS; PROVIDING FOR PURPOSE AND <br />INTENT; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, <br />AND EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, Chapter II, Article IV, Table 2-4.2 addresses the consistency between the <br />City of Casselberry Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map and the Official Zoning Map; <br />WHEREAS, Part III, Chapter II, of the Casselberry City Code (Unified Land <br />Development Regulations) establishes zoning district and general regulations for the land within <br />the corporate limits of the City of Casselberry, Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, said Table 2-4.2 does not have any zoning districts which are consistent <br />with the High Density future land use designation; and <br />Page I <br />
