ORDINANCE NO. 96-867 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />AMENDING CHAPTER TWO, ARTICLE IV, TABLE 2-4.2 OF THE <br />UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA TO ALLOW PLANNED RESIDENTIAL <br />DEVELOPMENT ZONING WITHIN THE LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL <br />FUTURE LAND USE MAP DESIGNATION; AMENDING CHAPTER TWO, <br />ARTICLE V, SECTION 2-5.2.A.2, PURPOSE AND INTENT OF PLANNED <br />RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT ZONING; AMENDING CHAPTER TWO, <br />ARTICLE V, TABLE 2-5.3 TO CREATE NEW FOOTNOTE 7 TO AMEND <br />ALLOWABLE USES IN THE PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT <br />DISTRICT; AMENDING CHAPTER TWO, ARTICLE V, TABLE 2-5.4, AND <br />CREATING NEW FOOTNOTE 57 TO AMEND ALLOWABLE DENSITY IN <br />THE PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT; PROVIDING <br />FOR PURPOSE AND INTENT; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, <br />CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, Chapter II, Article IV, Table 2-4.2 addresses the consistency between the City <br />of Casselberry Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map and the Official Zoning Map; <br />WHEREAS, said Table 2-4.2 does not permit Planned Residential Development within the <br />Residential Low Density future land use designation; and <br />WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Element encourages planned <br />development within areas designated Residential Low Density; and <br />WHEREAS, Planned Residential Development would promote quality residential <br />development; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. That Chapter II, Article IV, Table 2-4.2 of the Unified Land Development <br />Regulations of the City of Casselberry City Code shall be amended as follows: <br />(1) <br />
