Minutes of October 8, 2018 — Regular Meeting MOTION: Commissioner Aramendia moved to approve the minutes of the October 8, 2018 Regular Meeting, as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Solomon. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5-0. 6. PRESENTATIONS/COMMENDATIONS A. Mayor's Proclamation: Mobility Week — October 27, 2018 — November 3 2018 Mayor Glancy presented a proclamation to Public Works Director Mark Gisclar, Deputy Public Works Director/City Engineer Kelly Brock and Development Services Manager Emily Hanna recognizing the week of October 27, 2018 through November 3, 2018 as Mobility Week in the City of Casselberry. Mayor Glancy recognized a Boy Scout in the audience, Kyle (no last name given), who was present at the meeting as part of work towards his Citizenship in the Community Badge. 7. CONSENT AGENDA A. Resolution 18-3062 — Amendment #3 to the Contract with Cardno Inc. for the Police Station Brownfield Remediation Project "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT #3 TO THE BROWNFIELD CLEANUP PROJECT AGREEMENT WITH CARDNO, INC. TO CONDUCT SYSTEM OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE, QUARTERLY GROUNDWATER SAMPLING EVENTS, QUARTERLY MONITORING REPORTS, AND WELL INSTALLATION, TOWARDS SITE CLOSURE ACTIVITIES RELATED TO THE POLICE STATION PROJECT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 18-3062 approves Amendment #3 to the Brownfield Cleanup Project Agreement for Brownfield remediation services in the amount of $66,000 with Cardno, Inc., extends said document through the end of FY 20, and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City of Casselberry.
