SHIELDS <br />ASSISTANT COUNTY ATTORNEY <br />1101 EAST I ST STREET <br />SANFORD,FL32771 <br />(407)665-7254 <br />ASSIGNMENT OF DRAINAGE EASEMENT <br />THIS ASSIGNMENT OF DRAINAGE EASEMENT is made this lqll� day of <br />M oar e&n bt , 2018, by SEMINOLE COUNTY, a charter county and political <br />subdivision of the State of Florida, whose address is Seminole County Services Building, 1101 <br />East 1st Street, Sanford, Florida 32771, in this Assignment referred to as the COUNTY, and the <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, a municipal corporation of the State of Florida, whose address is 95 <br />Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida 32707, in this Assignment referred to as CITY. <br />WITNESSETH: <br />COUNTY, . for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS <br />($10.00) in hand jointly paid by COUNTY and CITY, the receipt and sufficiency of which are <br />hereby acknowledged, hereby assigns jointlyand severally to COUNTY and CITY, their <br />successors and assigns forever, COUNTY's interest in the Drainage Easement from Bonaire <br />Development Company, Inc. to COUNTY dated June 24, 1987 and recorded in Official Records <br />Book 1875, page 94 of the Public Records of Seminole County, Florida on August 5, 1987 (the <br />"Drainage Easement"). <br />The property encumbered by the Drainage Easement is described in <br />Exhibit A to the Drainage Easement (the "Easement Property"). <br />PROPERTY TAX I.D. NO.: 28-21-30-300-017C-0000 <br />COUNTY and CITY acknowledge and agree that the Drainage Easement is an easement <br />in gross and is assignable by this assignment according to the Drainage Easement's express <br />terms. COUNTY and CITY further acknowledge and agree that the overall use of the Easement <br />Property will not change and the servient property will not become overburdened as a result of <br />this assignment because COUNTY and CITY will coordinate the use of the Easement Property, <br />use it only by mutual consent of both COUNTY and CITY, and use it only to carry out the <br />original intent and purpose of the Drainage Easement.
