Resolution 18-3068 - Legislation in Progress within Zoning Districts for Properties Zoned for Multi -family Uses Resolution 18-3068 provides for establishing legislation in progress to amend the Unified Land Development Regulations to address inconsistencies within the zoning districts for properties zoned for multi -family uses. 10. FIRST READING OF ORDINANCES A. First Reading of Ordinance 18-1500 - Voluntary Annexation of the ALN, LLC Property Located at 547 Lake Howell Road Ordinance 18-1500 provides for the voluntary annexation of the ALN, LLC property located at 547 Lake Howell Road, described as Parcel Identification No. 28-21-30-300-0490-0000. B. First Reading of Ordinance 18-1501 - Annual Update of the Capital Improvements Element Ordinance 18-1501 provides for the adoption of the Five Year Capital Improvement Schedule (2019-2023) into the Capital Improvements Element of the City's Comprehensive Plan. 11. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 18-1499 - Amending City Code Chapter 86, Article II, Division 2 Section 86-192 - Adjustment of bills Ordinance 18-1499 provides for amending City Code Chapter 86, Article II, Division 2 Section 86-192 - Adjustment of bills. 12. OTHER ITEMS A. General Construction Agreement with Construct Co., Inc. for the Gee Creek and Howell Creek Erosion Control Project PW 1821 and Related Budget Amendment #19-009 Award of a General Construction Agreement with Construct Co., Inc. and related Budget Amendment #19-009 provide for construction of Project PW 1821 Gee Creek and Howell Creek Erosion Control in the amount of $837,151.51 for the Base Bid and $136,760.02 for the Bid Alternate, for a total of $973,911.53.
