RESOLUTION 18-3046 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE AND ACCEPTANCE OF A PERMANENT DRAINAGE EASEMENT AND A TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT AT 808 OSCEOLA TRAIL, LOT 5, BLOCK G, SEMINOLE SITES, PARCEL ID 04-21-30-513-OG00- 0050; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry has identified the need for erosion repairs at 808 Osceola Trail; and WHEREAS, two easements from the homeowners at 808 Osceola Trail are required to complete this project; and WHEREAS, a permanent Drainage Easement and a Temporary Construction Easement have been executed by the property owners of 808 Osceola Trail, Lot 5, Block G, Seminole Sites, Parcel ID 04-21-30-513-OG00-0050, as provided in Attachment A and Attachment B, respectively; and WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed said easements and find them sufficient to meet the needs of the City. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby approves the conveyance and acceptance of a Permanent Drainage Easement and a Temporary Construction Easement at 808 Osceola Trail, Lot 5, Block G, Seminole Sites, Parcel ID 04-21-30-513-OG00- 0050, as provided in Attachment A and Attachment B, respectively, and authorizes the Mayor to execute said documents on behalf of the City. SECTION II. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. SECTION III. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution. SECTION IV. Effective Date. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
