CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of October 8, 2018 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 5 of 15 <br />in an amount not to exceed $199,976.34, is requested. <br />Budget Impact: Sufficient funds in the amount of $199,976.34 have been budgeted in Fiscal Year 2018- <br />2019 to cover Supplemental Agreement #7 in the Stormwater Utility Fund Equipment Other Account #110- <br />0740-538.67-35. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of <br />Supplemental Agreement #7 to the Standard Consultant Agreement for Professional Services for <br />Stormwater, Lakes Management, and Water Quality -Related Projects with Geosyntec in an amount not to <br />exceed $199,976.34. <br />Audience Participation: No one came forward to address the Consent Agenda. <br />MOTION: Commissioner Aramendia moved to approve the Consent Agenda, as <br />presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Solomon. Motion carried <br />unanimously by voice vote 5-0. <br />8. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br />A. Future Agenda Items <br />No items were presented for consideration. <br />B. Municipal Advisory Committee (Metroplan) Report <br />No report. <br />C. Council of Local Governments in Seminole County (CALNO) Report <br />Commissioner Aramendia reported the last CALNO meeting was hosted by the City of Sanford on <br />Wednesday, October 3" at its historic Hopper Academy, founded in 1906 as an African-American school <br />in what was then Orange County, in the Georgetown area of Sanford. He shared the following from the <br />meeting: <br />- Seminole County Board of County Commissioners passed an aggressive dog ordinance named <br />Reese's Law at its meeting on September 25t1i. <br />- City of Altamonte Springs shared information about the $50 million renovation at Westmonte <br />Park. <br />- Seminole State College shared information about all of its expansion projects currently under <br />construction. <br />- City of Longwood shared information about completion of the renovations to Ryder Park and <br />the recent grand opening event. <br />
