ORDINANCE 18-1497 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />AMENDING THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP <br />AS ESTABLISHED IN CHAPTER II, ARTICLE IV, SECTION 2-4.3, <br />UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; <br />AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FROM OR <br />(OFFICE/RESIDENTIAL) TO PMX-HIGH (PLANNED MIXED-USE: <br />HIGH RISE) FOR THE PARCEL LOCATED AT 2008 LAKE HOWELL <br />LANE, CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF <br />THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, <br />AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the property described in Section I is within the corporate boundaries of the <br />City of Casselberry; and <br />WHEREAS, the property should have a zoning designation consistent with the Future <br />Land Use of Major Thoroughfare Mixed -Use; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency has held a <br />public hearing with due public notice to consider this Official Zoning Map amendment; and <br />WHEREAS, the property hereinafter described will remain Major Thoroughfare Mixed - <br />Use on the Future Land Use Map of the Comprehensive Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the PMX-HIGH zoning district is consistent with the Major Thoroughfare <br />Mixed -Use Future Land Use designation; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing considering the inclusion of the subject property, <br />hereinafter described, within the PMX-HIGH zoning district has been duly held in the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida, and, at such hearing, interested parties and citizens were heard; and <br />WHEREAS, after said public hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, <br />Florida, determined that the zoning classification of said property shall be PMX-HIGH, as that <br />district is defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of the <br />Unified Land Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. That the Official Zoning Map established in Chapter II, Article IV, Section <br />2-4.3. of the Unified Land Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida, as amended and supplemented, be, and the same is, hereby amended to <br />designate the subject property as PMX-HIGH (Planned Mixed -Use: High Rise), for the parcel of <br />land specifically described as follows, and shown in Attachment A: <br />
