ORDINANCE 18-1490 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />AMENDING THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP <br />AS ESTABLISHED IN CHAPTER II, ARTICLE IV, SECTION 2-4.3, <br />UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; <br />AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF NINE PARCELS <br />FROM CITY OF CASSELBERRY I (INDUSTRIAL) TO CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY ROS (RECREATION AND OPEN SPACE) AND <br />MODIFYING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF FIVE PARCELS <br />FROM CITY OF CASSELBERRY I -M (INDUSTRIAL MEDIUM) TO <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY ROS (RECREATION AND OPEN SPACE), <br />ALL PARCELS GENERALLY LOCATED ALONG NORTH WINTER <br />PARK DRIVE AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE; <br />PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the properties described in Section I are within the corporate boundary of <br />the City of Casselberry; and <br />WHEREAS, these properties should have a zoning designation consistent with the <br />Future Land Use of Recreation and Open Space; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency has held a <br />public hearing with due public notice to consider this Official Zoning Map amendment; and <br />WHEREAS, the properties hereinafter described are designated Recreation and Open <br />Space on the Future Land Use Map of the Comprehensive Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the ROS zoning district is consistent with the Recreation and Open Space <br />Future Land Use designation; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing considering the inclusion of the subject properties, <br />hereinafter described, within the ROS zoning district has been duly held in the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida, and, at such hearing, interested parties and citizens were heard; and <br />WHEREAS, after said public hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, <br />Florida, determined that the zoning classification of said properties shall be ROS, as that district <br />is defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified Land <br />Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. That the Official Zoning Map established in Article IV, Section 2-4.3. of <br />the Unified Land Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, <br />Florida, as amended and supplemented, be, and the same is, hereby amended to designate the <br />
