Community Redevelopment Agency Minutes <br />June 25, 2018 <br />Page 3 of 4 <br />In response to the Board's question, Ms. Hanna said that the contractor is ready to install the fountain as <br />soon as possible. She said the City hopes to have it installed by July 4. Mr. Aramendia appreciated that the fountain <br />company is located in Casselberry. <br />Ms. Dixon, Secretary, stated that the Board received an email from Mr. Larry Littrell, 124 North Lost Lake <br />Lane, Casselberry, Florida dated June 24, 2018 (a copy is attached and made a part of the minutes). Ms. Dixon <br />said that Mr. Littrell felt that the skate park was another option for the monies. <br />Ms. Glancy asked for a motion on the US Highway 17/92/Piney Ridge FDOT Pond Fountain. Mr. Hufford <br />made a motion to approve the US Highway 17/92/Piney Ridge FDOT Pond Fountain. Mr. Meadows seconded the <br />motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Sixth Item: FLA Rents Contract Extension. <br />Ms. Emily Hanna, Development Services Manager, presented the FLA Rents contract extension for property <br />management. She said this contract is specifically related to the two Quail Pond properties that the CRA purchased <br />in 2016. She said the City currently use FLA Rents to manage those properties and wish to continue using their <br />services. <br />Ms. Glancy asked for a motion on the FLA Rents contract extension. Mr. Hufford made a motion to approve <br />the FLA Rents contract extension for the two properties on Quail Pond. Mr. Aramendia seconded the motion. The <br />motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Seventh Item of Business: Axios Construction, LLC Medical Office Building Elevations. <br />Ms. Emily Hanna, Development Services Manager, explained that Axios Construction Services LLC is <br />proposing to construct a 27,000 square foot medical office building at the southwest corner of State Road 436 and <br />US Highway 17/92. She said the project is located within the Community Redevelopment District and the building <br />elevations need to meet the Community Redevelopment District Guidelines and the Commercial Design Standards. <br />Ms. Hanna stated that the Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed and approved the site plan at the <br />June 13, 2018 meeting. Ms. Hanna reviewed the building elevations. <br />Mr. Frank Campbell, architect, Campbell & Van Dusen Design Studio, 255 South Orange Avenue, Orlando, <br />Florida. Mr. Campbell said they are very pleased to be celebrating what they view as the gateway to the City of <br />Casselberry. <br />
