C. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 18-1497 - Amending the Official Zoning Map for 2008 Lake Howell Lane (ZB 18-06). Ordinance 18-1497 provides for amending the Official Zoning Map designation from OR (Office/Residential) to PMX-HIGH (Planned Mixed -Use: High Rise) for the property located at 2008 Lake Howell Lane. 12. OTHER ITEMS A. Parks, Recreation, Pathways and Open Spaces Master Plan Update An update on the progress towards the implementation of the Parks, Recreation, Pathways and Open Spaces Master Plan will be presented. 13.
