Budget Impact: Funds are budgeted within Fiscal Year 2019 of $62,550 for Brownfields Cleanup within the General Fund/Economic Development account #001-0211-515.31-02. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Community Development Director recommended approval of Resolution 18-3052. E. Resolution 18-3053 — Ajueement with Seminole State College for Use of the Public Safety TrainingComplex "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY AND SEMINOLE STATE COLLEGE FOR THE USE OF THEIR PUBLIC SAFETY TRAINING COMPLEX; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 18-3053 approves the Agreement with Seminole State College for the use of their Public Safety Training Complex for an annual fee of $2,223, and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. Budget Impact: The funds to pay for the use of the Seminole State College Public Safety Complex have been allocated in the fiscal year 2018-2019 General Fund account #001-0610-521.55-00 in the amount of $2,223. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Police Chief recommended approval of Resolution 18-3053. F. Resolution 18-3057 — Second Amendment to Vacant Land Contract for Purchase of Parcel ID 09-21-30-5BO-OA00-001C on S. Lost Lake Lane "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE VACANT LAND CONTRACT BETWEEN JOHN CASSELBERRY AND THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT S. LOST LAKE LANE, PARCEL ID 09-21-30-5BO-OA00- 001C; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 18-3057 approves the Second Amendment to the Vacant Land Contract with John Casselberry to extend the closing date for purchasing property on S. Lost Lake Lane, Parcel ID 09- 21-30-5BO-OA00-00IC, from September 6, 2018 to November 6, 2018, authorizes the Mayor to execute said Second Amendment on behalf of the City, and grants the City Manager the authority to sign future amendments to extend the closing date. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget.
