ORDINANCE 18-1491 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />AMENDING THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP <br />AS ESTABLISHED IN CHAPTER II, ARTICLE IV, SECTION 2-4.3, <br />UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; <br />AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FROM CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY PMX-H (PLANNED MIXED-USE: HIGH INTENSITY) <br />TO CITY OF CASSELBERRY PMX-HIGH (PLANNED MIXED-USE: <br />HIGH RISE) FOR PARCELS GENERALLY LOCATED AT 1241, 1259 <br />AND 1265 STATE ROAD 436, CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA AS <br />DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR <br />CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the properties described in Section I are within the corporate boundaries of <br />the City of Casselberry; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission / Local Planning Agency has held a <br />public hearing with due public notice to consider this Official Zoning Map amendment; and <br />WHEREAS, the properties hereinafter described will remain Major Thoroughfare <br />Mixed -Use on the Future Land Use Map of the Comprehensive Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the PMX-HIGH zoning district is consistent with the Major Thoroughfare <br />Mixed -Use Future Land Use designation; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing on the question of including the subject properties, <br />hereinafter described, within the PMX-HIGH zoning district has been duly held in the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida, and, at such hearing, interested parties and citizens for and against the <br />proposed zoning district were heard; and <br />WHEREAS, after said public hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, <br />Florida, has determined that the zoning classification of said properties shall be established as <br />PMX-HIGH, as that district is defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and <br />supplemented, of the Unified Land Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. That the Official Zoning Map established in Chapter II, Article IV, Section <br />2-4.3. of the Unified Land Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida, as amended and supplemented, be, and the same is, hereby amended to <br />designate the subject properties as PMX-HIGH, for the parcels of land specifically described as <br />follows, and shown in Exhibit A: <br />
