WHEREAS, the Casselberry City Commission finds that this Ordinance serves a <br />legitimate governmental interest in preserving the quality of urban life in the City; and <br />WHEREAS, words with double underlined type shall constitute additions to the original <br />text and strike through type shall constitute deletions to the original text, and asterisks (* * *) <br />indicate that text shall remain unchanged from the language existing prior to adoption of this <br />Ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. RECITALS. The above recitals are hereby adopted as the legislative <br />findings of the City Commission. The City Commission finds and determines that there is <br />competent substantial evidence to support the findings and determinations made in this Section. <br />SECTION II. Part III, Unified Land Development Regulations, Chapter II, "District and <br />General Regulations", Article V, Section 2-5.3, "Land use by districts", Table 2-5.3 "Land Use <br />By District", of the Code of Ordinance of the City of Casselberry, Florida, is hereby amended to <br />read as follows: <br />Industrial activities I(5) <br />Adult entertainment <br />establishments/sexually P <br />oriented businesses <br />(12) <br />(12) Refer to ULDR Section 2-7.28 for design and perf rman e standards for the Industrial <br />and Industrial Medium z-e� district distance requirements. <br />SECTION III. Part III, Unified Land Development Regulations, Chapter II, "District and <br />General Regulations", Article VII, Section 2-7.28, "Industrial -Medium design and performance <br />guidelines", of the Code of Ordinance of the City of Casselberry, Florida, is hereby amended to <br />read as follows: <br />Section 2-7.28 Industrial and Industrial -Medium design and perfer-manee guidelines district <br />distance requirements. <br />„ . <br />
