B. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 18-1494 - Amending the Zoning <br />Designation for Properties Along Belle Avenue (ZB 18-04) <br />Ordinance 18-1494 provides for amending the Official Zoning Map from I (Industrial) to CS (Commercial Service) <br />for thirty-five (35) properties generally located at 910, 920, and 930 Belle Avenue. <br />C. Public Hearing: Resolution 18-3055 - Tentative Millage Rate for Fiscal Year 2018/2019 <br />Resolution 18-3055 provides for adoption of the "tentative" millage rate for the Fiscal Year 2018-2019 (FY 2019) at <br />3.0519 mills. <br />D. Public Hearing: Resolution 18-3056 - Tentative Operating Budget for Fiscal Year 2018- <br />2019 <br />Resolution 18-3056 provides for adoption of the tentative budget for the Fiscal Year 2018-2019 (FY 2019). The total <br />City-wide budget requested is $52,854,325. <br />12. OTHER ITEMS <br />A. Lake Kathryn Circle Complete Street Improvements - Conceptual Plans Discussion <br />The City's consultant, Kimley-Horn, will present conceptual plans for the Lake Kathryn Circle Complete Street <br />Improvements Project (PW 1805) and solicit feedback and guidance from the City Commission. <br />13.
