Resolution 18-3045 - Fifth Amendment to the Acquisition Agreement and Option to <br />Purchase with Casto Casselberry, LLC <br />Resolution 18-3045 provides for the Fifth Amendment to the Acquisition Agreement and Option to Purchase with <br />Casto Casselberry, LLC. <br />C. Resolution 18-3051 - Seminole County Emergency Management Addressing Interlocal <br />Agreement <br />Resolution 18-3051 provides for approval of the Seminole County Emergency Management Addressing hiterlocal <br />Agreement. <br />D. Resolution 18-3052 - Change Order #6 with Applied Hydrogeologic Solutions, LLC for <br />Completion of Brownfields Remediation for Lake Concord Park <br />Resolution 18-3052 provides for acceptance of Change Order 46 in the amount of $10,175 to extend the <br />Standard Agreement with Applied Hydrogeologic Solutions, LLC for Brownfield remediation services through the <br />end of FY 2019, perform a second groundwater sampling event, provide the Florida Department of Environmental <br />Protection with a semi-annual groundwater monitoring report by February 4, 2018, and conduct site closure activities. <br />
