Approval of Legal Services Invoices - Garganese, Weiss, D'Agresta & Salzman, P.A., Invoice No. 76696 - $22,77.74 B. Resolution 18-3045 - Fifth Amendment to the Acquisition Agreement and Option to Purchase with Casto Casselberry, LLC Resolution 18-3045 provides for the Fifth Amendment to the Acquisition Agreement and Option to Purchase with Casto Casselberry, LLC. C. Resolution 18-3051 - Seminole County Emergency Management Addressing Interlocal Agreement Resolution 18-3051 provides for approval of the Seminole County Emergency Management Addressing hiterlocal Agreement. D. Resolution 18-3052 - Change Order #6 with Applied Hydrogeologic Solutions, LLC for Completion of Brownfields Remediation for Lake Concord Park Resolution 18-3052 provides for acceptance of Change Order 46 in the amount of $10,175 to extend the Standard Agreement with Applied Hydrogeologic Solutions, LLC for Brownfield remediation services through the end of FY 2019, perform a second groundwater sampling event, provide the Florida Department of Environmental Protection with a semi-annual groundwater monitoring report by February 4, 2018, and conduct site closure activities.
